A Wonderful Cruise!

Sail Date: November 17, 2007

Reviewed: 9 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Inside

Lady Liberty is everything and more than you would expect. It is the largest vessel in the world, after all! We had a fabulous vacation on this beautiful ship. The interior room was fine for a family of four with an abundance of storage space...we even had epmty drawers. The Flowrider, rock wall, ice rink, multiple pools, fabulous productions, delicious food, and VIP treatment made it the best vacation. The only thing we didnt care for was the port of Jamaica. It is filled with pushy locals trying to force us into their huts to purchase their merchandise.

Pros: Variety of activities to do

Cons: coming home!

Recommends Liberty of the Seas? Yes!

Children's Programs
with 450 teens, not many came to the scheduled events. Also dont like how kids are able to lie about their ages to go up to the next age group. There were 12 yr old in with the 15-17 yr olds.

Entertainment
Broadway quality!
George Town, Grand Cayman
Must go to Stingray City!! Incredible!
Don't Miss: Stingray City
Montego Bay, Jamaica
dirty. Purchased a $12 band to hop on the shuttle. Poor little market area (no one on our shuttle woule get off to go to it!), rained so we didnt get to the beach, Margaritaville with a drunkin fest at 2pm!!
Labadee (Cruiseline Private Island)
beautiful beach!
Don't Miss: $10 mats to float in the turquois water.
Cozumel, Mexico
We rented Jeep for $50 a day and drove down to a FREE secluded beach for the afternoon where there were showers, hut umbrellas, chairs and authentic Mexican food. Fantastic snorkeling!! Drove to the Mayan ruins and then back to town to shop before boarding the ship.
Don't Miss: Beach and snorkeling.
