Review summary
We did this same cruise last year and had problems. This year it was worse - they just came off dry dock so there were lots of maintenance issues from other guests as well. Did not meet anyone that was pleased with this cruise. Our problems were mainly with staff not handling what issues appropriately, not being able to get our OBC. First day on the ship and was told at breakfast that they were out of egg whites and it was downhill from that point. Ports of call were great. HA has the best private island - unfortunately it was cancelled.Embarkation

Make sure all your OBC are there at least a month before you sail. Holland America will not help you. has a complicated system to get your OBC - get clarification!
