We were well pleased with how much our daughter enjoyed Camp Carnival activities. But we thought the Camp Carnival room was dark and she said she found it hard to understand the foreign counselor. We thought the dining room food was dull.We found the decor too flashy and tacky with a Vegas appeal. The art work in the cabin was just plain ugly. Our bedspred was old and worn out.The entertainment was mediocre and far too "Vegas." There didn't seem to be much to do on the ship, just things we didn't want to do like drink, gamble or go to a hairy chest contest. We found the intercom system too loud and the elevators were slow.Getting off the ship at port and going through customs was easy and quick. The buffet food was nice but basic. We enjoyed our shore excursions. We'd be happier sailing on a nicer ship with less Vegas-style.
