I found the staff well prepared, and hard working. There was plenty to do on and off the ship. On board, there were more activities than you could possibly be involved with, in the time (5 days) we had. The shows were good (arrive 20 minutes in advance for a good seat). The food in the Funnel Grill was reasonable. Food in the dining room was well presented and excellent. The only issue we had the whole week was with the lack of cold water, but it was corrected within 10 minutes. For those worried about security, Carnival has a cool way of checking your identity. They use your Sign and Sail card to keep track of you. Before you get on the ship, they take a picture of you, and anytime you leave or get back on board, they verify your identity via the picture and card combination. Overall, I would suggest the Cozumel, Grand Cayman cruise on the Jubilee.
