Review summary

Great cruise! The history of the Canal construction comes alive. We learned more about the new, expanded lock now under construction and the anticipated completion in 2016 that will allow larger "Panamax" ships to complete the passage. The 14 days passes very quickly.

The room and location was great though the carpet and furnishings were showing some signs of age.

Ship tip

The cruise director and his wife who was the Activities Director were outstanding. They seemed to be everywhere at all hours of the day and night making my wife and I wonder when they slept. Give them credit for making the maximum effort to keep everyone entertained and happy!
