We enjoyed the customer service and entertainment. The stage lights were out for 2 nights so substitution was needed for both nights. The transition was seamless. Carly B.\, cruise director \, explained everything to us. She was active and uplifting. We did not feel disconnected at any time. Elvis\, the activities director\, was always checking on the inboard activities.

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Food was very good and just enough to dine on. I miss the escargots. I was told it was no longer on the menu.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff was always willing to go above and beyond.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The chair in our cabin 9584 was old and needed to be fixed. When you sit on it\, you feel like you were going through the center.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
The cabin was enough for 3 of us. The sewer odor persisted in the bathroom. We bought air freshener to assist us with this but it was still there.

Pros: Entertainment

Cons: Older furniture
