Quality of food was just not up to standards.  Ask to pay $25/meal per person to get reasonable options.  For family of 4 this was not an option for us.  We paid a lot to go on trip expecting to have reasonably good food.   The general feeling of commercialism around every corner was really a turn off for us.   We paid a higher price to go on what we thought was a little higher quality brand.  I would recommend really reading reviews and adding those extra costs to the base price before making a decision.   To get to the level of service we have receive on previous cruises I would have had to add at least 50% to 80% to our base price.
