I would give this cruise an overall rating of four stars. Royal Caribbean does a great job trying to meet the needs of a diverse crowd. The staff was awesome; we did not encounter any rudeness whatsoever. The ship was clean, the dining options worked well for us. We ate at the Windemere for breakfast and some lunches/snacks and used My Time Dining for dinner. Our previous cruises did not have this option so we were very pleased. We would choose this option on future cruises due to its flexibility. The entertainment was excellent, especially the Tribute Temptations and Bon Jovi and the daily games, activities, dancing, etc. were enjoyable. The only downside to this cruise was that the main Centrum area was too small to accommodate large groups of people for dancing and other activities and there are only 2 pools, one adult and one for the family. Also, we felt that the customer relations people need to have more knowledge regarding the ports since Internet is so costly. This cruise was comparable to our 2 previous cruises with Royal Caribbean, although this ship was considerably smaller. The ports were enjoyable and interesting except for St. Croix which was very depressing and didn't have a lot to offer. We would recommend taking a catamaran to see the Pitons in St. Lucia and a tour of Barbados to get a sense of each island and what they have to offer.
