Review summary
This was our second time on Jewel of the Sea and we did not think it could get any better but it did. We celebrated Valentine's Day with 22 friends on a 5 day cruise. The size and design of the ship is especially great for cruising with friend and making new friends. There are intimate setting to have group conversations and private parties throughout the ship. The decor is off the charts. The Captain can be seen daily mingling with the ship's guest and the staff is as attentive. Big kudos to the chef - the food was outstanding in the dining room, the buffet and specialty restaurants. The entertainment, DJ, shows and activities were among best we have experienced. This was our 62nd cruise. Our cruise agent, Alicia Salgado Robles was a big JEWEL in helping to organize our group and we thank her for her outstanding services.
