Review SummaryWe had planned a celebration for our son and his girlfriend in honor of their upcoming graduations. We booked a stateroom with a balcony with the understanding that it would accommodate the four of us. It was too small with the "couch" extended into the bed- you couldn't move in the room. The housekeeping staff was not able to do anything to make the situation more bearable. It was very disappointing to us. We were first in line to request a dining room change and told that they would take our name & request- we should go eat and come back- when we came back; there were 20+ people in line requesting a change- needless to say, we didn't get that fixed either. Not what we had expected for our money...
