The Jewel of the Seas is a nice ship that has been well maintained. The staff make it great, as the service is exemplary.

Pros: The staff are always exceptional

Cons: Costa Maya was a disappointing stop

Recommends Jewel of the Seas? Yes!

Food is great; especially in the formal dining room. The midnight buffet was a bit disappointing as compared to years past.
