Not knowing what to expect on the Jewel of the Seas because it was our first encounter on Royal Caribbean (RCI), we were immediately pleased with what we saw. As seasoned cruisers with experience with many lines, RCI is one of our favorites now. Everything we experienced was to our delight and other than the shower size, we had nothing but positive encounters with everything the Jewel presented. (We learned how to shower after a few tries). There was a lot of something for everyone. With 2100 or so passengers, it never seemed crowded and there was order programmed everywhere into their schedule.
