She is a Jewel of the Seas!

Sail Date: January 21, 2012

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

We've been on several cruises and this was one of the best in terms of the ship, crew and food. "" booking included a massage that my wife enjoyed, and the only issue about booking with them was a surprise processing fee of ~$24.00 I was not apprised of when making the reservation, but I guess which the massage more than made up for.

Pros: Good ship, captain & crew

Cons: Wouldn't have missed not stopping at Costa Maya

Recommends Jewel of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
Good ship. Quiet, stable.
Food and Dining
Food was terrific.
Cabin / Stateroom
Balcony cabins up to deck 7 have a little wider balcony than those higher.
Service and Staff
Captain had been aboard since ship was built. Crew was happy and friendly.
