Well maintained in every area. Friendly, responsive staff in every area. Good variety of foods and very happy to see healthy choices offered at every meal. The Portofino restaurant needs a rating higher than "the best." However, the meals in the main dining room were also top notch along with the service.

Pros: Exceptional, friendly staff, well maintained ship, strong emphasis on cleanliness

Cons: Found it a bit confusing to find our way around. Would recommend putting a map of ALL floors in each stateroom.

Our stateroom attendant was friendly, but was only average in responsiveness and even poor on follow through while everyone other staff member we met on the ship would rate "the best."
Good variety of nightly shows in the Coral Theatre. We loved spending our late nights with Gustavo Garcia in the piano lounge and met other travelers who had rebooked just so they could hear him again. And I would highly recommend participating in "The Quest" on the last night of the cruise.
