If the Cruise Line cared they would address concerns. Clearly they
don't. Basically you are on your own. Not as bad as Costa but has
potential

Food and Dining

3 out of 5

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Productions excellent, comic pitifull, he goaded an 85 year old
handicapped man unable to respond do to age and health

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Some outstanding, totally failed to respond to a dishonesty problem documented by ships own records

Ship Quality

5 out of 5

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5

Pros: Cabin was great, some of cruise staff outstanding

Cons: One of the comics put down a handicapped man who had been married for 60 years and I was lied to on a shore package, documented by the ships computer, guest services said I would be contacted and once again not true. I was charged a small amount for things taken from an in room refrigerator, no item

Recommends Jewel of the Seas? No.
