The ship was extremely clean and the staff was unbeatable!

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
There were only 2 options for lunch, 1 of which we found on the last day! The choices didn't change, so it got a little boring eating the same thing for lunch everyday. But the dinners were great!

5 out of 5
The shows that we went to were quite entertaining. The comedian was great. A few of the casino staff had little patience with us when we asked how to play something. The trivia games and scavenger hunts were very fun!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
There could not have been a better staff! Any questions we had were answered immediately, we loved coming into our stateroom at night to see which animal would be waiting for us on the bed, the bartenders at the Vortex were awesome, especially Virginia!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Not too big, not too small. There could have been a few more hot tubs, as they were almost always at capacity.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our stateroom was always very clean. The housekeeping staff was amazing and very helpful.

Pros: that it left from Boston. No plane ride!

Cons: lunch buffet never changed & got a little boring

Recommends Jewel of the Seas? Yes!
