If only our six night cruise could have been extended. We enjoyed our ship, our small, but efficient, stateroom and balcony, ease of finding our way to every guest accessible area. Activities in abundance including something for everyone of almost every age. The staff is accommodating and friendly and in some cases a lot of fun. Cheer leading must be a pre-requisite to getting an activities position with Royal Caribbean, but you need to be encouraged or you miss some of the offerings. Live music fills the common areas almost constantly and the shows in the theater are packed with talent galore, from singers, dancers and musicians, to the sound and light state-of-the-art equipment and exceptional stage settings. Cruising is a must for travelers as it provides interesting options as a floating resort and opportunity to see the world. Thanks RC to the CEO up and down the ladder to staff who kept us well fed, clean and safe!!!!

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We loved the evening dinners. The food and service is excellent. The buffet in the Windjammer was always fresh but mostly cold. Short people (like myself) have trouble reaching the abundance of offerings that are placed behind other foods. But servers are always around to assist. The grille seemed to have some trouble filling orders correctly and finding the right recipients. I thought perhaps the grille was a training area for new staff. However, chili, fries, burgers, salads, drinks, hot dogs, cookies, whatever was available was tasty. We were fortunate in choosing the late dining time. There was never a rush after a shore excursion to get to dinner and we could sit and talk awhile longer to our wonderful new friends and dinner partners without a push for the next seating. We didn't miss any shows either since the entertainment schedule is easy for all to enjoy.

Unbelievable theatrical and stage crew talent! Would have loved a "tour" of the galley and bridge, but understand health and safety rules.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Some washrooms are kept up better than others. Sometimes passengers are "sloppy", perhaps even disrespectful of staff and other passengers, causing unsightly public washrooms (as opposed to the stateroom washroom).

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We managed to find a place for everything, although we didn't take the valuable time to keep the stateroom neat; too much to do to think about our personal housekeeping!

Pros: Ship and staff

Cons: Having to say "goodbye!"

Recommends Jewel of the Seas? Yes!
