Our first cruise was awesome!

Sail Date: January 21, 2007

Reviewed: 9 years ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Oceanview

Everthing was neat, clean and large enough that you diddn't feel like you were around 2500 people. I reaaly didn't think I would like a cruise but this one sold me! Just do It!

Pros: The elegent decorations, food, entertainment

Cons: room serivice coffee not hot enough

Recommends Jewel of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
Just like a five star hotel!
Food and Dining
Much better then expected. Every meal in the dining room was excellent.
Hand sanitizing stations in the dining areas were a welcomed site
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
Will do the unexpected extras.
Entertainment
Key West, Florida
Sloppy Joe's was fun, Trolly ride a good idea, You see alot and get information about the area Stay away from the pirate, he is a pan handler and has a fowl mouth, not someone you want to be around.
Don't Miss: Sloppy joe's
Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico
Not much there, shopping. but there is a nice pool to relax around at the dock. They don't tell you that it is there. Wear your suit and take your towel
Cozumel, Mexico
We didn't see Cozumel because the tour we chose was on the mainland.
Don't Miss: Xcaret natural Adventure Park Playa del Carmen Mainland
George Town, Grand Cayman
Very expensive,
Don't Miss: Turtle Farm good choice, Rum cake factory Yum yum!!
