Wonderful itinerary, great crew and beautiful ship

My first cruise was incredible. The scenery in Alaska was majestic and the ship board experience was much more than I imagined. I had a wonderful balance of relaxing on the ship, top notch entertainment and excellent customer service to help me feel pampered.

It was a relaxing cruise overall, glaciers were quite amazing. Beautiful and awesome scenery.

overall a great vacation/cruise, both land and sea! Service was impeccable! Two issues were lost luggage which was later found and huge over charge at jewelry store Effy aboard trip. Do not buy anything on board ship!

We took this cruise on January 29.2019. Our room (E315) grunted loudly when the boat was in motion. We couldn't sleep. When I told the girl at the service desk she said nothing could be done and there weren't any other rooms available. I had to call every morning at 8 to get dinner reservations. I have severe acid reflux and cannot eat after 7 PM. Every day at 8 AM the girl told me there were no reservations available until 7:30 and I would have to stand in the line. When we stood in the line and waited for a table there were many empty tables in the room, so the girl lied to me. We were told by a waiter that princess added 250 passenger capacity to the boat and the restaurant couldn't handle it. That also explains why we had to get to the theater 45 minutes before the show to get a seat. If we arrived 10-15 minutes before the show it was standing room only. We booked three tours through Princess. The tour of Cartagena was fabulous. The tour of the new Panama Canal locks and Fort San Lorenzo was horrible, dangerous, and should be discontinued. Princess gave us a 40% refund on that tour. They should have refunded the cruise. We were exposed to fighting by locals around our bus, racing the wrong way into traffic by our driver, and an hours-long delay waiting to get back across the canal on a ferry boat. The boat & train ecotour in Costa Rica was safe but bad. We saw no wildlife on the train spent more time going through an industrial area than it spent in the jungle. Except for one sloth, the wildlife we saw on the boat was the same I have in my backyard in Florida.

This cruise a fun time with friends! It seemed targeted for older adults.

We loved having extra days at sea on this cruise. We relaxed, watched movies, played cards with friends and explored the ship.

It was a very enjoyable cruise. The ship was wonderful with plenty to do and great food in the buffet. The ports for the most part were very interesting with a wide variety of excursions. I would recommend this tour with Princess Cruises to friends/family.

About 40 people got sick then the crew went into full action. This could have been avoided by taking precaution from day 1. The food in the dining room was so so and the buffet was a little better. The piano bar with Oliver was a lot of fun as was the games in the Explorer Lounge. Our cabin person Michelle was excellent.

We plan on cruising with Princess again. Kimberly Lindsey was our agent and she made the entire process easy and convenient. She does excellent work. Our dining room waiter, Adelfo Duterte, his assistant Alex Malto, were excellent. Our room steward Percival was also excellent.

This 10-night cruise offers far more than the typical seven night itineraries in the Caribbean. Highly recommended.

the first night at 2 am we discovered the cabin was flooded, very frightening. My brother's cabin was next door, also impacted by the flood, also moved. We were moved twice which took an evening and the entire morning the next day. We were offered a small sum for compensation. We had another major problem on a Holland America cruise last year. Both lines under the same parent company. The Princess cruise improved after 1 1/2 days. All in all, I think I will consider another cruise company next trip. I travel on cruises 20+ days per year.

Overall, this was a great cruise. We enjoyed many of the activities on the ship, especially the entertainment, and we enjoyed our three excursions. We would hesitate to recommend this trip to others.

It was a great cruise where the places visited stood out. The ship was nice as was the food. Just not particularly memorable. Crew could've been more friendly...

Ship has been revamped and it seems to favor the people with suites and high end cabins. Public address system is not very good, hard to understand. We miss the happy hour at Crooners.

Given the issues with no chairs in the stateroom, the small showers, and the generally slow dining room service, I doubt that we will book this ship again

Overall I really enjoyed the cruise, the ship & staff. The staff ensued you had what you wanted and were always checking in. The canal transit was amazing & the ship did some really nice things to enhance the experience. Would recommend.

Took a full ship tour for the $150 price, absolutely worth it. All staff were marvelous, every one. Shore excursions excellent, well worth the $ Panama Canal itself was a wonder to behold and experience. Bill Fall, the lecturer was terrific. Food very good

The staffing was phenomenal. My cabin steward, Ephraim, was very attentive and professional and friendly. Horizon restaurant staff were extremely attentive and pleasant. A Ms. Bazana (from Serbia) was always a welcome site in the mornings when I went in for breakfast.
