Service staff and entertainment excellent. Food selection and taste average. Crab Shack specialty restaurant very good. Sabitini's specialty restaurant's Italian food very good but lobster tail not cooked as well as the lobster tail served in main dining room on second formal night. Go figure!

We have taken 10 cruises prior to this one. This was our first Princess Cruise. The entertainment was excellent using our previous cruises as a benchmark.

Stateroom steward, Waiter and assistant waiter, the wifi advisor/technical support person,,the lecturer on upcoming ports of call, the service staff in the buffet area were all personable, professtional and proficient.

Common areas and stateroom were very clean. It is an older ship that just does not have enough outlets in the stateroom. We had an adaptor that you can plug into an outlet that provides 3 outlets for charging phones, ipads, etc.

The wifi is excellent so do not hesitate to bring your ipad to stream programs.
Did the excursion for the everglades fan boat ride. It was worth it.
Did the excursion for the Carrie B paddlewheeler for cruise by Millionaires row. It was worth it. Did not find any others that appealed to me. So that is why it was not a 5 star rating.
Yes. Did the Best of Grand Cayman tour. Since it was our first time there is seemed the best choice to get a feel for Grand Cayman. This tour accomplished this.
Yes. Did the Highlights of Cartagena , San Felipe fortress, Las Bovedas tour. Las Bovedas was not a highlight. The other stops were. Our tour guide was excellent.
First time there. Signed up for Highlights of Falmouth and Greenwood Great House excursion. The Great House tour could have been more interesting if the tour guide at the Great House was more relaxed and personable. I came away with the impression that the tour guide was new and was sticking to a memorized script. The rest of the excursion was so-so.
