Vinton Fernandes our steward was great. Service in the dining room needs improvement. Towels could have been nicer. This was our first cruise and Vinton made us want to come back.

I'm curious why you chose Alaska for your first cruise? I would highly recommend a Mediterranean cruise next, after 28 cruises I still love Europe and the Mediterranean the best.
