The ship's appearance and condition was excellent. Fitness room was inadequate for number of passengers. Food was average. Buffets were below standards of that served on other cruise lines. We seemed to be nickeled and dimed to death. Special coffees were an extra charge. Etc.This was our first cruise in five years so maybe this is the way the industry is going. The staff was indifferent at best.

Pros: Stateroom, balcony, room steward

Cons: Crowded fitness room, food was average, indifferent staff
