My wife and myself found the organization of the whle trip absolutely unbelieveable. Everything was on schedule, well planned and the folks who work for your TEAM were very polite and helpfull. All transportation vehicles were clean and seemed in good running condition. The Cruise was a celebration of our 50th Annaversary and we were rewarded with a SUITE at the Mt. Mckinlet Lodge. In our minds we just knew you arranged this for us?? This was our first (over 3 days) cruise and we WILL go again and with your Cruise line. Thanks to ALL who made this a pleasant, relaxing and such an orginized trip .

Pros: It is mind boggling how orginized the system is. EVERY staff member well trained.

Cons: I was dissapointed with the lack of a variety of seafood at the buffets
