The deck plans of the ship made it easy to find one's way to all the shops, lounges, dining areas and theaters.

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The quality and variety of food was out of this world. We were able to make requests for items that weren't on the menu for the evening and they would provide it with a smile. Our dining room experience was made even more enjoyable by our waiter and his assistant.

5 out of 5
We have never had a bad show on any of our six Princess cruises. The entertainment is always A-1.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The ship's staff were always willing to help with a smile. There were times when their patience were tested; they never let the rude passengers get the best of them. They always went above and beyond to help the passengers if it was in their means to do so.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The Island Princess was immaculate in all aspects. The ship's crew/ personnel should be very proud of how the ship looked every day. Every area had great accessibility, especially for those in wheel chairs.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We had an inside cabin. It was larger than others we have had. Our cabin steward saw that we had everything we needed everyday. The cabin was very comfortable and quiet.

Pros: "The shows, food, daily activities were excellent. There was so much to do that it was hard to decide what we wanted to do each day."

Cons: "Smoking in all the bar areas and some of the lounges. As a result we weren't able to see some of the other entertainers in these areas."
