Review summary
This is a big ship and it is easy to feel like you are one in a million onboard. we have been on this ship twice and like the ammenities (pool, fitness room, spa) but found the onboard activities to be a little lackluster for families with teens. The food in the main dining room was actually better than the paid dinner I did at Giovinnis. I had a charge on my statement that they gave me that was wrong (this is the third time this has happened with RC) went to the guest services desk before trying to disembark and the line is a mile long with people (I assume) in a similar situation. Have to dispute it with my credit card company. Frustrating that this continues to happen. They blame Steiner (the spa) for not picking up on the fact that the services I had were prepaid but someone is dropping the ball.Embarkation
