Review summary

The trip was very relaxing.  However, my family and I wish there was more for the families to do together.  There were couple things and teen things to do but nothing really for the entire family to do together.  Also,  we thought that the drink packages were expensive. We understand the alcohol can be expensive but non alcoholic drinks should be included in the cruise.  For a family of four to drink it almost costs $1000.  That's a bit extreme after all the money spent to go on the cruise ship.

Other than that, the ship was beautiful, the staff was friendly and the islands where incredible. We would definitely cruise again but maybe on another cruise line.

The person that took care of our cabin was wonderful. The room was always clean and neat. He would always live our towels shaped like some kind of animal.

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

After the cruise they have excursions around Ft. Lauderdale. So if your flight is later and you have time to kill, there excursions are wonderful.

San Juan, Puerto Rico

My husband is from Puerto Rico so we have been there many times. El Morro is beautiful and a wonderful place to visit.

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

St. Maarten is beautiful but the jewelry sales people are very high pressure. This is the way they make a living there and I get that. But if you are there to relax and not there to buy big purchases stay out of the stores.

Basseterre, St. Kitts

The baby monkeys that the men have on their shoulders are adorable but the way they get them away from the mother's is terrible. There is a little sanctuary at Ship Wreck Cove that feeds the monkeys and you can get pictures there. There are sooo cute!!!
