Easy to navigate around the ship. There are screens on every floor near the elevators that allow you to find places around the ship. However, getting on the ship was an experience we'd like to forget. First were the lines to get through security and then the long line to get our sea pass cards. Once we reached the counter we had to fill out a brief health survey. The survey should be provided before anyone gets in line which would help speed up the process. It was very hot in the terminal with no place for anyone to sit along the way.

Food and Dining

We opted for any tine dining and reservations were a must. The food and selection was good but not consistently hot. We ate at Johnny Rockets which was a fun experience.

The ice show was fun but we were unable to get seats for the ventriliquist as it was standing room only. We arrived 20 minutes early but it wasn't early enough. We wish we had been advised to arrive at least 30 minutes early.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff bent over backwards to help out and were very very friendly. They made us feel like they were so excited to have us on board. Our cabin attendant John was awesome and so were the dining room staff.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
It is small enough that you can walk from the front to back of the ship in no time at all. Our only complaint is that the glass on our balcony was dirty. We realize salt from the seas gets on the glass, but we were docked next to another cruise line and their balcony glass glistened.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
The room is set up so there is extra space to walk around. The shower is pretty small with a shampoo dispenser. The quality of the shampoo warrants a conditioner dispenser, too.

Pros: excellent service and food

Cons: expensive photos and dirty glass on balconies
