Getting onboard was quick. Staff from waiter to room to bar staff always the best, they take pride in getting to know you & serving your every need. Food, some nights excellent others good so a very good average. Entertainment Director is a crazy & funny guy, keeps you laughing even when he is not on stage, they picked the right guy for the job... Waiter & Asst. waiter where great, we got off on the wrong foot day 1 but he was egar to fix the issue fast & the rest of the time he was fantastic. Room stewart was also great he helped us get whatever we needed. All ports of call where great except we did not enjoy P.R. but that may be inpart that we did not have any plans so we went into town & it was not what we expected. We have always loved going to ST.Thomas & St.Marteen but did not know what to expect in Haiti, wow where we surprised, what super place, we took the secluded beach tour & there was only 15 of us it was a great day, very relaxing. Luggage was slow to get but I will have to say the ship was full to the max, with 1500 kids as it was school break for some, so we picked the wrong week to get away from kids, but that is not the cruise lines fault. So overall we had a awesome time. RCCL Needs to keep the kids out of the adult pool area, that is little kids too. Leaving was a bit slow & not as organized as other ports we have gone out from. We went on our cruise April 2009 but we can only back to june 2009 for a review on this site
