Looking for luxury this is NOT the Ship!
Holiday Cruise Review to Caribbean - Western

Review SummaryWe recently sailed on the Holiday for the first time and the holiday did not exceed our expectations. The ship was small and over crowded. Our room was a stateroom with an ocean view the room was nice and very clean. We started the trip standing in an extremely long line to board the ship, then when we got on the boat we stood in a another long line to eat at the buffet . We had trouble finding a place to sit after standing in the buffet line. We were assigned the 8:15 diner seating (not the time we selected) the service was great the food small and very average. We stood in a long line to enter the dinning room @ 8:15 also. The first port Cozumel we selected the deluxe beach break we were told to meet our guide at 8:15 am we stood in line once again for over an hour waiting to be let off the boat. We lost about an hour of our $156.00 excursion and we did not leave the dock until 9:30am. No problems returning to the ship. Calica/Playa del Carmen we enjoyed the Mayan ruins tour to Taluma the tour guide was great. Everyday the buffet choices for breakfast (eggs hash browns, omelet French toast bacon sausage) and lunch were the same hamburgers hotdogs nachos and the lines for breakfast and lunch were really long. If you dont mind long lines and being herded like cattle from place to place this is the cruise for you. Great price but in this case you get what you pay for an old boat (carpet smells like mildew in doc holiday lounge) very limited activates for adults onboard if you dont like bingo and playing the slots. If you are looking for a luxurious getaway stay away from the Holiday!
Pros: The Staff were nice and helpful
Cons: The food, long lines to get on and off the ship, and standing in line for every meal
