We had a nice time, the food was great, except first night (the steaks were a little tough and not warm) but we were given second choices and those were wonderful. All the staff were great!! Cruise director was a very talented man, and made us laugh several times. The cabin was very clean, and kept that way the whole trip. Many choices of entertainment while at sea.

Mayan ruins were interesting, sales pitch of calendars on bus was over the top. Beach break was a bit of disappointment.

Shopping trip excursion was wasted time, sites around island beautiful, but would recommend taking another excursion to see the sites. Once walking along the 'shopping blocks' many vendors try to get you into their shops, some even put their arm around you trying to lead you inside, personally this stressed us out, and we cut our shopping time short to return to the ship.
Don't Miss: beaches

Pros: Food, staff, cabin

Cons: piano bar player

Recommends Holiday? Yes!
