Embarkation in New Orleans was not organized very well, but the staff was pleasant and helpful. Getting off the ship was a challange as well. Staff, food and activites were wonderful. The ship is a little old with blah decor but very neat and clean. The AC in some of the rooms had challanges as well, and they need thermostat for guests to adjust temp as needed. Rooms were big enough, not too cramped. Shows were very entertaining not long enough or maybe needed more. Drink prices a bit too much but still indulged at a pretty price at the end. The deck area with a pool a bit small, for the amount of people, but still a great time and too much food but all of it was good.
