Embarkation: Disorganized. Our first cruise and hopefully our last. The left hand didn't know what the right was doing and no one spoke good English. Chaos for two straight days. Toilets on the 6th floor backed up and wouldn't flush. We recycled the same 2 beach towels all week... someone said the laundry was broken. On arrival, our room had dirty socks on the floor and a towel with hair in it in the bathroom. If we had a room steward, he never came to the call light.Food: There were no crackers to be found on the ship when I ordered cheese. We ate on the islands the first 2 days because the food on ship was so pathetic. The "newsletter" was full of misinformation about events that never happened or never started on time. One swimming pool, no larger than ours at home, was supposed to handle 1200 people?? The porters were rude and the shows mediocre, when the entertainers actually showed up... Heard enough already? DO NOT GO ON THIS SHIP unless you enjoy chaos, misery, crowding, and the stench of body fluids!
