We were not able to board the ship until 6pm on departure day (we should have been able to board at 12:30) - they gave us a sack lunch while we waited, which means we missed one of our lunches we should have had on the ship. Because of the delay of getting on the ship, our luggage arrived late, we had to wait hours to find a seat at any lounge or restaurant because everyone was tired and hungry, so everything was packed! This was after standing on concrete for over 2 hours, waiting to check in on the ship. The ship is very old and because of its smaller size, it does not handle the water as well as a larger ship - hence, we had some rough waters and the boat actually tilted badly enough to cause dishes to fly off tables and people became quite scared. The daily entertainment was horrible - I did not take a cruise to attend seminars! They offered no fun shows through out the day hours...no comedians, no dancing, no singing, nothing! Pretty much all there was to do was swim! We were bored out of our minds!!!!!

Pros: The Casino

Cons: Everything Else!

Recommends Holiday (RETIRED)? No.

Entertainment
Not everyone on a cruise wants to stay up until 1am to enjoy good entertainment - schedule some fun things throughout the day!
Ship Quality
Ship is very old and very small.
Food and Dining
They only offer the good stuff late at night - for example, if you want seafood then you better plan on staying up until 1am to get it.
Cabin / Stateroom
The water pressure was so bad that we could barely get shampoo out of our hair - it was actually a "chore" to take a shower.
Service and Staff
The staff was friendly - that was about the best quality of the ship!
Cozumel, Mexico
Enjoyed the shopping, although the vendors get aggravating after awhile, as they try to pull you into their stores. The walk from the ship to the port area is a long walk, so plan accordingly! We paid someone to bicycle us down, which was well worth the money!!
Don't Miss: We were told by a small group that went snorkling, that they had a great time & would recommend it to anyone.
