Book shows and dinners early , eat at Jamie's , visit Vintages if you like wine. Go to lunch at Windjammer at 1130..bring a hat you can tie if you sit In the sun on upper deck. Massage was great! Book everything before you board!

Just don't get the 14th floor balcony room under the overhang and pool deck. And don't expect a pool in the solarium, because it is not there. But certainly do try the Ultimate Abyss, it is a lot of fun.

be positive, try everything, be nice to fellow passengers and staff

Sign up for everything well in advance of your cruise.

There are many places where you can eat buffet style for all three meals without paying extra money. Try the Park Cafe or the Solarium Bistro, for example. Because of those kinds of places on ship, the main buffet was not all that crowded.

The premium drink package is well worth it... fresh green juices and smoothies when you want, expresso and cappuccino, along with alcohol and bottled water. We were on the fence but definitely got our money's worth even though we aren't big drinkers. Book your shows as soon as you embark.

I made a reservation to dine nightly in the Grande dining room online. Never saw where to make a reservation for a time nightly. So after we realized we had to make a specific time reservation once on the ship for each day all reservations were full and we had to wait in line each night.

The crew work long hours, don't forget to tip them!

Don't get to overwhelmed it's a big ship with lots to see and do. You probably won't get to do everything you want. Do the things that are most important to you first and then worry about the other things.
bcanteen
The ship is BIG you won't be able to see and do everything. Make sure you make reservations for the shows
LMaurer04
Go to the Solarium Bistro for dinner! Quietly tucked away and way less crowded!
fattcatt445
Wish I could have done a back to back, this ship is so big that I couldnt see everything!
jonbattle46
Always bring a power strip or extension cord....for phones, laptops etc.
tiny260
The ship is big, so review the deck plans and make a plan of attack for seeing the things that mean the most to you. If you get on early the first day, use it to explore the ship, not to eat, you have all week to eat. As soon as my wife and I got on the ship we went straight to the Ultimate Abyss.

-Tour the ship top to bottom on day one, or you won't know all your options until too late -Plan to use the specialty dining. It is special. -We felt the premium alcohol package was a good value
tropicgti
If you plan on getting your pictures taken, buy your photo package early for the discount and then take as many pictures as you can since one of them gives you unlimited pictures for one price. This way you can get pictures everyday with some fun backdrops and nice locations on the ship.
ryeru
Try to book in the off season so hopefully the ship is not full.
ogieg
We would like to have all our dinners and shows already booked/ scheduled prior to arrival to the ship.
cabhorn
Make as many reservations as early as possible. Even the my dining. Many people book and never show up, so you can get stand-by seating, but you have to wait in line for those.
