BOOK ALL YOUR SHOWS AND DINING BEFORE YOU BOARD

Definitely book all your entertainment and dining times long before you board the ship otherwise you will miss out or wait in very long lines.

solarium food was cold

Pre-booking of all shows and restaurant suggested, although most restaurant accommodated our needs, go to the location if they show no reservations we found that in most cases we were able to get a seating time.

The photo deal with all photos on the usb is absolutely worth it. Once home you will appreciate having all photos.

Buy the drink package and remember to bring shampoo/conditioner. There are very limited amount of toiletries onboard for sale. Do bring clothing that do not require ironing. The dry cleaning is not expensive but you can save money if not needed.

The ship is beautiful but be prepared to bring your credit card if you like good food. Reserve shows weeks in advance before your cruise or you will not get to see anything. Bring your boxing gloves to the buffet because fighting with 4000 hungry people is a challenge.

Be prepared, people now save a row of seats for shows. Either they all don't show up or come in late and cause a distutbance. One family actually saved 23 seats. Suggest you get to shows at least 30 minutes before time.

Drink plans are a must as it can get very expensive without it. only hassle is knowing where to find royal Carib bottled water that is park of basic drink plan.

Pack light and enjoy yourself! Also, don't be afraid to slide down the Abyss - it looks very intimidating, but it was really fun! I almost didn't go, but I was talked into it by my adult children and I'm so glad I did it!

Pack light if you plan on purchasing souvenirs or alcohol, or pack a small dufflebag with you.

Read all the literature, watch all the videos, make a list o things of interest and try to educate yourself for a wonderful experience

Plan to do a lot of walking. Book the shows online before you go.

Get to FIne Line show early or they give away your seats

Get ready for unfriendly people, service, long lines and more. The food was good in the dining room and Johnny Rockets for breakfast. The shows were amazing as well. The ship was nice.

Try the Park Cafe on Level 8 for lunch on embarkation day. The Windjammer is crazy busy that afternoon.

Snag a brown cabana in the Solarium pool area at sunrise and enjoy a totally relaxing day with sunshine/shade and a view!

Make reservations for dinner. Get to the buffet early, so it will be easy to find a seat. Even though it was crowded we also found space in a hot tub or a chair on deck.
