The ship is great.  There are lots of things to do on board.  Food was good overall.  A few misses, especially with the desserts at Windjammer.  The ports of call were good, but I have been to them before.  

The shows are outstanding. My family loved the surfing ares a well s the many options for eating. The American Icon Grill needs a fine tuning in the time between starters, main dinner and dessert. Too much time between them.

Excellent Ship....Lots to do!  The food was good!  The waiters in the dinning rooms and specialty restaurants were amazing.  The room Stuart was just average! 

Food was so so. Ship was beautiful. St thomas was nice. Nassau was a waste of time and St. Maarten was nice.  Over priced. Better deals on Norwegian. 

Just returned from a great cruise on the Harmony of the Seas.  Ship is HUGE!  No adult pool in the Solarium which was a BUMMER!  But there seemed to be plenty of deck chairs for all.  We visited Nassau, St Thomas and St Maarten.  State room was nice but I choose to be overlooking the Boardwalk.  I thought it would be fun for a change from our normal ocean view balcony  but I missed the ocean and it was loud.  We did My Time Dining and the  food and service was excellent.  The Wind Jammer was a ZOO! There was not enough seating and fellow cruisers were just rude.  And no omelets at breakfast.  If you wanted an omelet you have to go to Mini Bites (Outdoors on the Sports Deck) or main dining room.

All in all a good cruise.  Don't know if I would choose the Harmony again because it was a little to big for my taste.

I had an awesome time.  The MDR waiters made this cruise exceptional.  I enjoyed the shows and OMG, the roast beef sandwiches at the Central Park Cafe are delicious!!

The best part of the cruise was the family games played. 

The worse part of the cruise was every show we went to had technical difficulties.  I can see one show with problems but every show each night. I was not happy.

Yes I would recommend other to cruise on the ship but warn them about the shows.

great food nice spots lousy crew. The ship itself is wonderfu and large with many things to do. I never got truly bored. Yet the staff members are extremely hostile and not very polite to their customers who pay so much just to get on for 7 days with them. They need to re-consider customer friendliness. The vacation spots were great.

We had a fantastic time on this cruise. Even though this ship is huge, it never feels overcrowded or congested. There are so many things to do and the shows were outstanding! There is a solarium lounging area for Adults only which was so relaxing and quiet and had three levels including a bar and restaurant. Labadee was gorgeous and we enjoyed Cozumel for the shipping and beach. 

The various dining venues that were included in the price. Service was outstanding in the Grande dining room by Daryna and Felipe. They were ready for us and greeted us every night like we were the only ones on the ship, and at the same time took care of everyone else.

I have been in lots of cruise, this particular one was not my favorite. The ship is beautiful, but so big that you needed to do reservations for everything thing. We are used to look at the itinerary and just walk in. The shows weren't the best! The aqua shows were good. The ship crew was very friendly, specially in The Silk restaurant!

On Harmony of the Seas, we were very pampered! The Royal Caribbean excursions were amazing!  From the jet ski trip to the snorkeling catamaran, everything was excellent.The staff, food, rooms were all excellent as well. I would highly recommend this ship!!!!

The Ultimate Abyss was awesome, the water slides were a lot of fun. What I certainly did not like about the ship was there was no pool in the solarium. The state room attendant when I first boarded the ship didn't seem like he wanted to be there. He got a little friendlier as the week went on. My family purchased a Happy Birthday package for me, which included hanging decorations, a frame, pillow cases and a towel. One of the pillow cases had a stain that bled from off the ship's pillow cases, when I mentioned it to the attendant, he tried to wash it out and blame it on make up, I told him it was not my make up since I didn't wear any on the ship. The stain never came out, so I took it to Guest Services, they gave me a laundry voucher, but the stain still did not come out. The ship did make it good by not only giving me back the pillow case, but giving me 2 brand new ones. Then on the last full day, I decided to ride down one of the other water slides, after one guy was allowed on the line close to the slide, the attendant stopped me and told me he was not allowing anymore since they had to check a possible leak. By now I made my way 1/2 way down the stairs when other passengers were telling me the attendant was calling me back, by that time I was disgusted.  

I don't think there was only one favorite part for me to this cruise. The robotic bar was super cool. The water slides and the Abyss were a thriller. Really like how they made this ship high tech. Cab't wait to go again. 

I thought the Harmony cruise was terrific

The entertainment was top-notch--stage shows, two different aqua shows, ice shows, lounge & pub entertainment--all professional and quality shows.

The food was amazing--best I've ever had on any ship. Dining room waiters and all food service people were very pleasant and attentive.

Lines at guest services appeared long, but when I got into the line, Guest Service representatives who were not behind the counter were fielding questions and it was only a matter of minutes before I was on my way.

The ship floor plans were very easy to follow. The size of the ship was simply not a problem.  It was a bonus!

Specialty restaurants were excellent but VERY expensive.  Wanted to try Wonderland but it was $50 more per person.

It seemed like the noise in our room overlooking Central Park was going to bother me--it was coming from the pool band four decks up.  But either I got used to it, or it was just loud the first two days because it really was not a problem.  I never slept better.

I would first like to applaud our wait staff Gerardo and Mimi.  They took outstanding care of us for our entire cruise and I can't thank them enough for the service they provided.  As for the ship and cruise, the Harmony of the Seas is an amazing ship.  Tons of things to do.  Would I sail on this ship again?  No.  I went on this cruise to relax and this ship is way to crowded, busy, and noisy to ever feel relaxed.  The shows that your able to see are outstanding, but that's if you get signed up early enough before they are full.  If you don't you won't have an opportunity to see them.  The first two excursions that we signed up for were already full.  We actually tried to book them three months prior to the cruise and they were already full.  To end on a positive note, the ship is a floating marvel of imagination which makes it truly outstanding, unfortunately, this was not what I was looking for in a cruise.

Easy embarkation.  Clean.  My time dining was great - great food, great service.  Windjammer was disappointing.  Service at bars was not good - took too long and it was rare that staff was friendly.  Hardly anyone smiled - this is basic customer service.  We absolutely loved our room. 

We had a much better experience on the Allure.  Both times we traveled with a large group.  The Allure service and food was much better. 

This ship has something for everyone.  Impossible to get bored or see and do everything!

Everything was clean and new.  Crew was great, onboard options for restaurants were good.  I do think the drink packages are way overpriced.  You'd have to drink like a fish to get your money's worth.  We just paid cash for all our extras and we came out cheaper than when we bought all the drink packages last time we cruised with them.

I highly recommend this cruise is the best ship has everything on it! thse servicdes was espectacular all the staff make our vacation incredible, i want to go back to that cruise....
