Overall - my mother's first experience cruising was favorable and she looks forward to traveling on cruise again. However in the future if she is still in WC after her surgery - I will bring rider chair and book suite or handicap room. Or we won't cruise. RCCL also needs a better elevator system for handicap (WC, Walkers, Rollators, Riders, etc). We waited two and three elevators to get in. Some individuals can be very rude and push around you to enter when they are fully capable of walking a flight of stairs up or down as my husband and I did when not attending to our seniors. PLEASE designate at least 1 or 2 elevators forward and aft on each side for handicap only or add the KONE system to ALL ships. And add a category for FAMILY traveling without CHILDREN when asked for option to describe traveling party as none of yours fit our family experience without children and with handicap parents.

Good for the value, ship is beautiful but to crowded and some areas and rooms werent really cleaned. Service was good overall just wish buffet wouldnt close at 9 pm, seems to early.

Cuise was nice, only the oder and the surrounding guest were an issue, in the future Royal Caribbean should consider whom you families next to, meaning if it's a couple why put them next to a cabin with 6 children connecting or any children, there are enough travelers on the shop to put couples next to couples and children with the children. They seem to have no control of the children either expecially in the hot tubs, can't relax without children in and out. The parents are so glad to get rid of them they don't care.

Loved it! The ships is beautiful with tons of stuff to do. We never got board. Hope to go back Siri in the future. We had great service from our dining staff and our waiter Peter.

Great cruise - sad to have wedding ruined by bad customer service! Promissing to go pick up luggage from the airport and not delivering is unacceptable. All in all the ship the service and the ports where great and I had a good time with friends and family. I would say that Jamaica was not the best location to port and falmouth is not a convenient place to get in to Jamaica. I would avoid that if I go in the Future, sadly due to changes Jamaica became part of our trip.

Unforgettable vacation, this was our first Cruise and we really enjoy 😊. The ship was amazing. Strongly recommend in special the shows. The service was exceptional.

I love this class of ship and the Harmony did not disappoint. It is not for everyone but for me the variety of things to do (or not do) is perfect. I like having choices of things to do snd eat and I have that on Harmony of the Seas.

Overall experience was good. I only think they should change the variety of there menus each day from the windjammer. In the main dining room was a waiter that wasn't very pleasant, but the rest of the staff was very helpful, nice, and very good.

Great ship with lots to do for everyone. A bit bigger than I like but I would sail again. Get a suite. The site deck is a great place to hang out during the day.

Me gustaria ir todos los años, me encanta viajar en crucero, prefiero los de Royal Caribbean. Han sido 3 viajes con ellos y he quedado mas que satisfecho.

The cruise was great! the only real problem was our son bought us the 3 night fine dining package. He manly got it for us to go to the hibachi dinner and he was told it was included, but when we got there they told us it wasn't only the sushi dinner. We don't eat sushi! We asked for a refund on the 2 night we weren't going to use and they would only give a partial refund. I thought that sucked. We figured if that was the only problem we really had you couldn't ask for a better cruise!!!

I had an amazing time aboard the Harmony of the Seas. Royal Caribbean never seizes to amaze me. There was so much to do, never a dull moment. The employees treat you like royalty!

Bad food, unpleasant staff, postponed shows, terrible bar drinks, WAY to many unruly children with uncaring parents. This was the most unenjoyable cruise I have ever been on.

Overall a great cruise and beautiful ship!! Staff could be more attentive. Don't charge for popcorn and add movies under the stars. Also add a little more flavor to the food. Warn people about the aggressive behavior of the locals trying to sell stuff and how to avoid it.

The ship was nice, but again it was not at all what I expected, I think I expected more and was very disappointed. There was a lot of wear and tear in my stateroom for a ship that is less than a year old.

It was a very nice trip. There was a lot you can choose of to do. The sea was very calm so we had a very smooth trip. The first time since we cruise that we regret to have to leave the ship.

Awesome time with lots of things to do. Three generations of my family enjoyed this cruise. If you are a cocktail drinker, get the drink package before you leave. It will be worth it. You will have a great time and it does not feel crowded.

STAYING IN A STAR CLASS SUITE WITH GENIE SERVICES IS WELL WORTH THE MONEY. OUR GENIE SEBASTAIN MADE THE TRIP EVEN BETTER. THE SHIP IS AWESOME AND IS A FUN EXPERIENCE.

Loved sailing with Royal Caribbean. Little hiccups here and there but had fun nonetheless. Didn't recieve my 250 on board credits on the ship like I expected ..wasted time trying to call someone about it. Only to find out I would not be getting my credits until I got home 😔 . While my spa treatment was nice, the location of the spa is really not a good spot for a peaceful and tranquil massage , You can hear all the clucking from the ship.
