Royal Caribbean was top notch. The hospitality and customer service was above and beyond. I would recommend booking directly with Royal Caribbean or a company other than . advertised one thing, verbally confirmed what we thought we paid for, but did not stand behind any of it. They did give us $150 credit; however, we ended up paying about $1000 more to compensate for what we were told.

We decided to disembark as late as possible (around 9:15am) since our flight was not until 2pm. This might have been a mistake on our part since it took over an hour to disembark. We were off the ship within minutes, but had long lines to get our luggage and then long lines to reach customs. There were a limited number of officers at customs. If there is a middle line after getting your luggage, I recommend getting in that line since it moves much faster than the lines on the sides.

Nice vacation, however, cruise lines don't understand that they should consider lowering prices in exchange of volume sales. I would have spend more money if things were more reasonable priced. Overall is a great vacation that allows you to explore different islands in the Caribbean. The ship is excellent, many things to do, however, activities overlap so choose your favorite one so you don't have regrets later. If you had cruised before then go for the ones you haven't done to experience new things.

Cruise was great! I would say the only 2 negatives were St. Kitts where the excursion options weren't really great. We ended up doing the train tour of the island. Every where the train went the sight was showered by garbage or decrepit homes. There were car parts thrown in the bushes and other debris throughout the tour. The train was extremely loud and sounded very old. This island was the only down side to the trip. The other negative were some, not all of the nursery monitors for the infant room kept telling us to make a reservation to ensure times when you wanted to admit your infant there. However, I'd speak to another nursery worker and they encouraged walk ins. Every time we went in there to admit our child it was empty so it was strange why we would get push back on just dropping off our baby. Other than that, everything from the stateroom attendant to the guest services staff where extremely friendly.

The ship itself is wonderful. Great food! The ports on this particular cruise are average in my opinion with the exception of St. Thomas. I would highly recommend that you sail on the Harmony of the Seas.

Ship was beautiful, service suffers because of the large amount of passengers.

After sailing on several of your ships, we were very disappointed with Harmony. The food was just average ( except for Chops). It is just too big and nothing to interest the 80+ age group. We'll try to find a line that caters more to the "senior citizen." Your medical facilities were really appreciated and used by Helen Hohlstein because of a bacterial infection. From the third day on I was too ill to really enjoy the cruise which also made the cruise not enjoyable for my 87-yr old husband. We really would have liked to give a higher rating.

Thank you to ship and staff for giving us a wonderful vacation. We truly felt like royalty sailing in the Caribbean because of your hard work and effort. Can't wait for the next one!

The ship was great. The only thing was food late night was different Carnival has a late night buffet. Would like to see Royal do this also.An the icecream machines should be all night an day not just certain hours .

Harmony of the Seas is an incredible ship with state of the art features. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. So many activities available on board for all ages. Highly recommend this ship and will plan another cruise.

Fun family trip. Plenty to do as a group, and plenty to do individually.

Other than stated complaints it was AWESOME and we had a BLAST! A ROYAL BLAST!

On my second day of the cruise. I complaint to guest services that brown water was coming out on the bathroom faucet and I dipped my toothbrush on that water.

It was an amazing trip I can't wait to go on another cruise hopefully next year

In general it was a great experience, but compared with the Oasis of the Seas experience 5 years ago, I have to say that the cabins are smaller, the parties are not so fun and the parade is not as exciting. 5 years, ago there was a DreamWorks parade with a lot of DreamWorks characters and there where more meet&greet moments

The ship was very impressive as was the Royal caribbean company. We liked everything we saw and were appreciative of the quality of the food, drinks and staff. This was our first cruise and we certainly good hooked. We will look at more cruises and do a quality comparison of some other cruise lines, however you all have set our standard.

Great experience, great services at the dinnig restaurants, and at the room. the olny inconvenient was in labadee island they run out of beverages around 1:00pm
