All in all, I had a great time. The layout was well designed. My stateroom was clean and my room attendant was always cheerful and helpful when I had questions especially the first days when I was in need of guidance.

Love the entertainment. Very nice balcony over Central Park. The people working on the ship are lovely & very neat in appearance.

I love my experience on this cruise, I relaxed and had fun The bar staff Ian and Neal were exceptional. The dinner staff Benson, Albino and Nextor were so attentive.

The destinations were uncomfortable and dirty. Have had much better experience in the Eastern Caribbean.

I recommend this cruise! The ship is great! The entertainment was off the chain, loved the food and the casino!

Great ship. Really big and times feels crowded. Staff is great. Food in the main dining room is good. Don’t bother eating at Chops steak house wasn’t better than main dining room.

This was our 2nd cruise within 8 months. It was so good the first time, we chose to take our grandsons, who loved it. Over-the-top great cruise!

Cruise not worth the price. There were too many children on board. We thought at this time of year there would not be may, but there was. Need total adult pool and area.

Cabin was spacious with lots of storage. Tons of outlets and refrigerator was super cold. Bathroom shower was also roomy. My husband is over 6 ft and i am a plus size woman and we both found the shower one of the roomiest we've had in our 11 cruise history.

The Harmony of the Seas Ship was a monster of a ship offering a world of fun, great entertainment, good food, great drinks and lots of great people to spend and share some awesome experiences with. There was always something to do if you wanted it...if not, just kick back and relax! Only thing I wished for was different lunch and dinner menu in the windjammer. I enjoy a buffet since I can always get something different or a little of everything....fruit, salad, desserts, healthy or NOT :), but it 's there. I don't like to be served in a dining room or have to pay so much more extra in the specialty restaurants just to have 1 dish.

Royal Caribbean never disappoints! Shows are top notch, food is excellent, service is great!

Enjoyed the week and like Royal Caribbean. This is my 4th trip with them. I will not travel on Harmony again. It's a bit too large and crowded for my taste. The shows are very good. Not a gambler, I was delighted to find there was a lottery each evening and took advantage of it. The staff is friendly and conscientious and could not have been better.

Great cruise with no real problems with having 6000 cruisers on board. Except for parades and getting out of shows, it was easy flowing throughout the ship. Royal Caribbean has got this down to a science. The Royal IQ app was helpful on keeping up with the compass and your on board expenses.

The room, food in the MDR and the shows were all good. The ship was over crowded and breakfast and lunch in the buffet was impossible to get a seat, spent a lot of wasted time looking for another place to eat. The Diamond lounge should at least accommodate those who earned the status and are Loyal to Royal.
