Terrible. We took this cruise because it had 3 ports and some sea days to relax. The captain could not make 2 of our 3 port days happen. We paid 3,000.00 for a trip to Coco Cay which was not worth the money we paid. No other activities were added for being on the boat more days and it seemed all activities were put into the schedule on the last day of the cruise.

The food in the main dining room was just okay. The service was the best part of it. Our waiters Joel and Sofi were personable and did a great job getting our food out quickly. The variety in the buffet was seriously lacking with one area of the buffet always having the same exact food everyday, while there was only one small circled buffet of changing (main) entrees. The drink machines also did not work half the time and you have to fight with them to get the actual drink you want. For the price of the drink package, NOT worth it. Should have more machines and working ones.
Onboard Activities

This ship needs a new Cruise Director as there was a serious lack of activities onboard for adults. Karaoke over and over again with the same people is only entertaining for so long, and activities that include sales for merchandise such as watches, jewelry, bags, and t-shirts does not count as an entertaining activity. Sales for merchandise were announced as if they were activities about 8/10 of the time.

The shows that were held on the boat were entertaining enough but again, there was a serious lack of shows for the amount of time we were onboard, especially when sea days were added, but no other shows or activities were. You couldn’t reserve more than one showing per trip even if you had nothing else planned.

2 stars only given because the main dining room staff was over the top great, and their workers appeared genuinely happy to be there. However the competence of the steward, Cruise Director, Entertainment Staff, and Captain made this a poor rating. The entertainment staff was clueless most of the time when it came to getting participants or knowing correct answers to games and trivia. No, Marsha, Judy, and Chris are not members of the Brady Bunch!!

Size of the cabin and balcony were standard but our steward never cleaned the balcony glass or our shower/mirror the week we were there, as we wrote on the fogged up mirror/glass and it remained there the entire time.
Captain got to the port late so our excursion got canceled, something we had planned for over a year, and they had no alternatives to make up for the issue. We weren’t noticed until late at night the night before. This was the only reason we took this cruise.
Long and confusing. Elevators not available for long periods and little staff members or signs to help direct you how to get off ship or out of cruise terminal.
