Review summary

Not happy most of the cruise. Food and service would have made a huge difference. Hopefully this was only only cruise and they fixed the issue after. Our neighbors had a bad experience with food and service as well.

Limited food options. More than usual anyway. Worst food we’ve had on 5 cruises. There was an actual larvae on my wife’s broccoli.

Mediocre service. Wait staff did not put forth any effort to ensure guests had a good experience. Again.... we’ve been on 4 previous cruises. 3 carnival and one other Royal. The Mexican restaurant on the boardwalk and wonderland were great. Every other night was eh!

Way too many employees not knowing where to send us. We were looking for the bus to take us to enterprise. Sent Ya all the way to the other end of the facility with out luggage. We then had to walk all the way back to where we were to board the bus. Annoying way to end the cruise.
