We love Royal Caribbean and we really enjoyed our cruise. We had a blast on the Harmony of the Seas and did not want to leave when the cruise was over. Marc (Bing Bong) was a very good cruise director, Chris, the Activities Manager, did a very good job. We had excellent service no matter who we interacted with. The Shows were great, there was always something to do, and the food was good. We will be back and have already scheduled our next cruise with Royal Caribbean.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Main Dining room was excellent, We had the refreshment package and we definitely got our moneys worth. WindJammer was on bar with other Buffets, the only negative was Breakfast at the windjammer was very crowded.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
Scavenger Hunts, Trivia, Karaoke, Water Slides, etc etc etc. There is so much to do on the ship that it was very hard to be bored.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
iSkate was amazing, Columbus and Grease were great, the Shows in the Aqua Theater were very good. Royal Caribbean puts on a great show.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Everyone we interacted with were polite, helpful, and enjoyable. People were smiling and genuinely tried their best to make the most of your cruise.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Oasis-Class ships are well designed, clean, and organized.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
There is a railing that kind of obstructs the view from the cabin we had but the room was clean, maintained, and comfortable. They have upgraded the cabins slightly from Oasis.
Port Canaveral is a basic port, We stayed at the country inn and suites next to the port, the Hertz rental car place is next to the hotel. The Shuttle from the hotel to the terminal is $5 per person. Took over an hour and a half to get a rental car from Hertz after we left the Ship
Was very surprised at how awesome Coco Cay was. We enjoyed it very much. The Lagoon pool was great, there is a ton to do on the island. I wish there was a variation between the restaurants but that is only a small complaint.
We didn't do any excursions, the Port was small with very few shops to explore. The Taxi area was filled with very pushy drivers. We decided to just return to the ship as we didn't feel comfortable getting in a car with some of the people we encountered. We've heard decent things about Mahogany Bay and the place where you can interact with Sloths, but didn't feel comfortable leaving the port.
The Facial Recognition scanners make going through security super easy. We stayed on the Ship way longer after our Numbers were called, we simply did not want to go home.
