Review summary

Disappointing, With all the Hype and the constant onboard hard sell to come back a little more effort on the food service side would be nice. The constant plus, plus, plus is also annoying. Purchase a (high priced) prepaid drink package, then wait with those who didn't and then find that the automatic gratuities are not included.

Maybe cruising is not for you. The only lines for priority are check in and maybe the separate diamond/platinum rooms for those people. But the rest of us have to wait in line, every line has gratuity on everything so we just have to pay it

Are you referring to gratuities on your drinks? If so then yes, those are covered by your package. Can’t imagine where you would have gotten the idea that there was a priority line for drink package holders at the bar, but I know of no line that offers this. I agree with you on the upsell, but I love in a large city and am accustomed to avoiding eye contact and just keep moving.
