Review summary

We heard the ship would be moving next year to Canaveral. We told our friends this was one ship we would go on again and would recommend it to anyone.

Embarkation

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Great food, no lines at buffets.

Solarium Bistro

1 out of 5

Excellent except the Solarium Bistro. Totally a dissapointing experience. Would not return to that one. Day one we chose to have lunch there. Salad bar had no salad! An hour later.... no salad. Asked for butter, no butter. Went last night to dinner. We were handed our meat and told to go to a buffet and serve ourselves from then on. Not at all what we expected. We left without eating.

Onboard Activities

Entertainment

We were totally impressed.

Royal Theater

5 out of 5

Grease was a joy. Aqua show was amazing.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Cannot comment because we had no children with us. However, there were 1200 children on our cruise and I would have said 50 at most if asked. The ship's staff and programs kept them busy and in their own areas. Best I have seen on any cruise.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our cabin Stewart was excellent.

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

Ship tip

They need to improve the drop off area for passengers and luggage. It was disorganized and slow. Disembarkation was the easiest in our 12 cruises. We rolled off and were in our car leaving the terminal by 7:15 AM.

Ports of call

Nassau, Bahamas

Not enough time. Not the fault of the cruise line. We had to change from San Juan due to hurricane damage earlier.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

We just booked for November of 2018. It's leaving from Fort Lauderdale.

If it's moving they haven't changed it on the website yet. I was looking at a December 2018 cruise and it was still showing as leaving out of Ft Lauderdale

Thanks for the info. That would be great because it would be closer to me. I have Harmony this Feb. The moving would be for new bookings?? That you know of? Thanks!
