Review summary

Favorite part - relaxation

Needs Improvement - People leaving towels on deck chairs for hours and not being there.

Dining crew wants to spend time with their tables but it seemed like they had tooooooo many tables to take care of.

We had a balcony inside room. This was a joke because you stuck us in the corner at the end of Central park and we couldn't see a dam thing.

Kids running around, screaming and playing with the elevators on floor 12 screwing things up.

I would recommend the cruise after informing them of the shortfalls..

Russell was our cabin attendant and he was great. I plugged up the toilet 5 minutes before we were departing ( to many lamb shanks the night before). Told Russell about it and he made me feel like it was his fault and not mine. We had already licked the gratuity envelope closed so we left an additional $20.00 under the envelope. Great guy give him a raise.

Crew works hard don't be cheap.

Yes the seat saving at the pools was very frustrating! I didn't see crew do anything about it until the last day. There was a family near us one day that saves seats starting at breakfast - they went to a shoe and lunch and came back and got mad that someone had used one of their seats. Meanwhile there were other guests who didn't have lounge chairs to use. I enjoyed my vacation but got a little frustrated with the rudeness of some guests and that the crew didn't seem to do anything about it.

I was frustrated with people who are not at the pool reserving chairs all day with towels too! Some People have no consideration for other people on the ship. Other than that I really enjoyed Harmony. I had a balcony facing the ocean & was in deck 10. Nice & quiet.

Paying guarantee price is letting RCCL know that you dgaf where your stateroom is. But this person obviously does gaf.

Maybe they took a guarantee meaning paying one price and cruise line chooses the cabin.

I thought you can choose your rooms. With some little research on Deck plans that are readily available throughout the internet, you could have saved yourself some grief. If you booked the cruise through a TA, your anger should be towards your TA and not at RCCL.
