Review summary

Ship is beautiful but needs a lot of fine-tuning.  Dining was very slow, food was mediocre, staff responses to questions were very inconsistent.  Dining service was so slow (took longer than 2 hours), we were late for the shows.  We were not demanding, but other tables were served long before we were.  Food often was cold.

Head waiter was very attentive, but assistant waiter was seldom seen. We weren't sure whether ship was understaffed or she was skipping out on her duties.

Cabin was beautiful. Cabin steward was wonderful.

Ship tip

If you order drink package, be sure to get printed copy of offerings. Many staff members were unaware of options.

I would recommend avoiding that area. Crime rate is very high. We felt very unsafe.
