Review summary
We sailed Allure in 2012 and just sailed Harmony over Thanksgiving. The service everywhere except our stateroom attendant was a big disappointment. From the specialty restaurants to main dining to guest relations, the service was VERY slow and often without a positive attitude. The boat is nice almost identical to Allure so we quickly found our way around. The Grease show and the Journey cover band were outstanding. There are not enough deck spaces around the pools for at sea days. The gym is nice but they need better hydration options than a vending machine selling Powerades. On prior cruises there have been water coolers with paper cups - on this one there were two water fountains in the corner that were hard to operate and that offered room temperature water. Overall, I would not recommend paying the upcharge for this newer boat and I would consider something different.
