I went for a massage 2 times. The massage was ok although not what I was expecting. My real problem with this place was that I was charged more then I expected the first time. The second time I didn't get a price but I scheduled the same thing I got the first time only 15 minutes longer, I was charged almost twice as much. While this is my fault for not inquiring about the price before the appointment at these prices if the difference is that much I think the customer should be informed.

I participate in one of classes, stretching at 7 am. However, a trainer looked really tired and he did not work hard. It was for a half hour but he finished at 7:20am so I wasted my time then it made me decide not participate any other classes.

They have great smoothies at the bar here, lots of gym equipment and direct access to the running track.

Aside from treadmills, ellipticals, weights and bicycles, any other equipment could only be utilized by paying for a class. Here we go again - nickel and dimed to death. I utilize TRX equipment routinely in my home workouts and could not use them on the ship.

The massage and facial that I received were great. Anna-Mae was a very calming, knowledgeable masseuse. She did do the "sell" at the end to get me to buy the products she used on me. However, when I said that I didn't want to spend that much, she gracefully dropped it. There wasn't high pressure like I was expecting. If you get a massage or any treatment, you can get day pass to thermal suite for $20. I thought it was well worth it for the day. I just made one of my days a "spa day" and scheduled massage, facial, and spent time in thermal suite. The thermal suite consists of infrared sauna, steam room, heated rock loungers, rainfall and waterfall showers. It's bliss.

By far the BIGGEST spa at sea. Some services were open and not private but the massages were definitely private. Thermal suites were not worth the $199 per couple charge to be able to use it daily. We had no time. However, it has been the ONLY op-ed sauna, and steam room (thermal suite) at sea we have seen.

Very well equipped. But, no ocean views like most of the other cruise ships I've been on.
