Overall the cruise was great, we would definitely cruise Grandeaur of the Seas again.

Our five day cruise ended up being 7 days because of bad weather. Did not make it to Bermuda. Pretty cool we passed the Carnival Pride coming into the Port of Baltimore.

The crew made the absolute best out of a very difficult situation of Hurricane Florence. Detailed updates given frequently of the changes and what to expect. Good Food - Great Entertainment - Outstanding Service... Fantastic job Grandeur of the Seas!

Unfortunately, weather conditions forced a change in destination to Bahamas. Also caused an extension of the cruise including a stop in Port Canaveral. Royal Caribbean treated us very well including very generous compensation.

This particular cruise had very interesting circumstances. In order to avoid the path of Hurricane Florence, the destination of the cruise was changed from Bermuda to the Bahamas. It was also extended from 5 days to 9 days. Despite the complications, I still had a blast. The crew was extremely accommodating, the experiences were still really great, and I still found myself occupied for the entire trip.

Royal Caribbean is wonderful. They really looked out for our safety during the hurricane and while we were in another port (Florida Port Canaveral) they flew in additional entertainment for us. Food was top notch as well! They gave us 50% off of our cruise and 50% off of a future cruise. Would definitely cruise with them again!

Although we were not able to visit Bermuda due to the weather, the entire staff of the Granduer made our vacation the most memorable and we can't thank them enough. First, my wife and I would like to thank Captain Patrick and his staff for keeping all of us safe during the Granduer's change in itinerary due to Hurricane Florence. We also wish to thank our bar server Ketut, in the R-Bar and Pool area, his service was OUTSTANDING! Our room attendant Oliver (Room #7053), was so gracious and accommodating and we could have not asked for any better service. The Main Dining Room service was amazing as well thanks to Glenn, Nilesh, and Yuerong at table #205; they go above and beyond to make you feel truly special on vacation. The cruise director, Bob and his staff did an outstanding job, making everyone feel so welcome and providing so many wonderful shows and activities daily. This staff from top to bottom is the example that all companies should use as a model for amazing customer service. Royal Caribbean should be extremely proud of their staff on board this ship and we hope that the ship continues to sail from Baltimore for many years to come.

My only complaint is Royal Caribbean inflating the cost for shore excursions by as much as 100 percent. I recommend bypassing the on board reservations and buy your excursions directly from the providers just off the ship

Since I do not require all the bells and whistles of the larger ships, the Grandeur is the ideal size to suit my needs in a most relaxing cruise.

Easy on and off, parking is a breeze (could be cheaper if they wanted) and easy location to get to from 95.

Nice old girl, smallest class of ship we've been on. missing some of the things we enjoy on other ships like :Johnny rockets and mini golf etc... but the director staff had plenty of activities. common areas and wind jammer needs updating: carpet, fixtures, chairs in the wind jammer looked like they were chewed on by a pack of beavers. State room was nice, again smallest one we've been on, but it also needed some TLC. hole in wall, bad caulking around shower, broken drawer and no shower door (only a curtain). did not go in expecting top grade so I wasn't disappointed. nice old girl just needs some love.

Had a great time..Casino didn't open til the next day. The ship needs more free options for food

This is a great cruise for a first timer. If you want more Ammenities I would advice a bigger ship, otherwise this is a great ship.

Grandeur is a small ship, but is definitely a fun ship. Because it is so small, it's easier to meet people and get to know the staff. The food is awesome and the entertainment never disappoints. There are aspects from the bigger ships that I do miss on this ship (checking your onboard expense account on the TV, shower curtain vs shower doors, promenade, helipad). Overall, it's not a bad ship. I've been on Grandeur 4 times and would cruise on her again.

This was my first time on RCL. It was a little disappointing. For the most part, I did not enjoy the food. It was tasteless in both the MDR and the Windjammer. EXCEPT for the desserts....the cookies and other desserts were great. The bathroom shower in my cabin was the smallest shower that I had ever been in. I am slim and had a difficult time maneuvering in the shower stall. The television stations were quite limited....a lot of RCL stations but not much else. On a positive note, the staff on the ship were great and provided great customer service. The embarkation/disembarkation processes were the best ever experienced by me. The adult solarium is also nice. I have been told that I should not judge RCL based on this ship but wait until I do my next RCL cruise which will be on Anthem of the Seas. By the way, Bermuda was absolutely beautiful!!

The cruise to Bermuda is a short cruise. I had a fabulous time. The food is great on and off the ship. Lots of shore excursions to choose from in Bermuda or you can spend time doing what you want to do. Lots of shops and the port is great. Easy to get around when you are off the ship. Great cruise and very affordable.

Ship is an older ship, so it cant compare to the newer bigger ships, but they should do upgrades, paint all chipped away, rust all over, Windjamer was completely outdated, carpets, furniture etc. While walking around we noticed on Deck 5 they had a section where people could smoke, odd side of muster stations, the diesel smell was repulsing, oil stains from stuff dripping down from the life boats, I myself am not a smoker but that was a shame for anyone to have to sit and smell what ever all that diesel was, the pool deck in my opinion has not much to do, the entertainment staff themselves are amazing, the entertainment itself was very VERY limited. I think RCI would do better maybe pulling the ship and cleaning & upgrading it. Some other stuff on the decks like mini golf, a mini water park type thing for kids, even an area with some cornhole. I am aware it's a smaller ship, but I've sailed on the Carnival Pride and that ship around same size had soooooo much more. Now the stateroom staff AMAZING! A joy every day to speak with, and room was always flawless, the dining room staff, AMAZING! The food was soooooooo good, one night we did Izuma and omg stuffed so much we shifted the ship Haha.

Seven of us ranging in age from 14 to 86 went on this cruise. Service is top notch. The great ratio of staff to passengers is obvious. We had really good fortune as well. My son won a bunch of money at Bingo, someone turned all the contents of my mother's wallet that she had lost, and my husband's lost wedding band was found in the sea. He lost it while swimming. I mentioned it to a Bermudian who quickly put on scuba gear and found it within 20 minutes. The Grandeur is simply beautiful. Of course, some of the ship is dated; however, the layout is fantastic.
