Grandeur of the Seas

5 Night Bermuda (Baltimore Roundtrip)

Sail date: May 25, 2019

Ship: Grandeur of the Seas

Cabin number: 2034

Traveled as: Large Group

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Review summary

For my first cruise, I probably should have selected a larger ship. Overcast skies, rough seas and rain didn't help. I'm thankful I don't get seasick. The entertainment was subpar, and the one pool area was too small and filled with children. The staff onboard were great, including our dinner host/assistant waiter. Michael who hosted a lot of events (karaoke/trivia) was the best entertainer on the boat.

The pink catamaran excursion for snorkeling was great ~ owners/crew were wonderful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them.

Sorry the cruise didn't live up to your expectations.

We love the Grandeur because it is a smaller ship. I could see if you’re traveling with a larger group how you might want a bigger ship and more kids stuff. Grandeur has a big following with more mature couples.
